Tried contacting the support via e-mail and got sent to forums instead. Weird.
I didn't top-up my direct debit account in time and it got rejected this month.
How do I pay my bill online? I can't seem to find anything on the website and German only site doesn't really help.

are you using a mobile, DSL or cable contract?
To transfer the open amount, please make sure to chose the right bank account. These are:
