Never received welcome document and don't have access to online portal

I never received welcome documents and I can't access the online portal. I have dsl internet, my account number is ***. Can you please resend it to me?

we sent you the welcome letter by email on April 6th, 2019.  

The best thing to do is check your mailbox again. If you can no longer find the email, please send me a PM with the customer password and tell me which data you need exactly.
