Sorry for writing in English but I need help.
I need to cancel my internet. We are moving, short notice and I cannot get in contact with anyone on the phone. Can a representive please help with canceling my service.

If you like to change your address because you move, you can tell us your new address.
We check, if you can get a new access there.
If you like, you can give me your customer data via PN.
Please don´t forget your customer-password for authentification.
