Hello Vodafone Team
I am a vodafone DSL custaomer.My AVM Fritz Box 7430 VA stop working on 23-03-2019.
I raised a complaint on the same day. A technician came to my home and check my cable line and update that cable is fine and modem is not working.
I called again the customer care and they respond that another technician will come and replace your modem.
More than one week I am waiting for technicain and no one come yet or no one contacted.
I tried again to customer service I expalin everything. But they saying please wait for the technician.
They cannot say how many days I need to wait for tecnician? I wonder ,Vodafaone does not have any ETA to resolve their customer complaints ?
Mean time I done all the DSL modem check explained in Vodafone website.
I found my modem is not working at all
> Only power led in ON and other all LEDs are off.
> I am not able to connect my modem with my laptop via LAN cable provided in the same box and its not connecting
> I cannot see any wifi network while searching by using my laptop
> I can see the WIFI led is OFF every time. So I tried to ON and OFF by using the wifi switch in the modem. But NO wifi.
So I strongly beleive my mode need to replace.
If vodafone cannot provide any technician help,I am reday to do the following steps:
> I can take modem to any vodafone shop or any vodafone repair center and replace the modem
> I can sent the modem via DHL or any service to repair ceneter and replace the modem.
Even though I am not able to speak Deautch
Kindly please help me to reslove this issue. Last 2 weeks I am struggling a lot without internet.
I am a software engineer working in Berlin and the internet issue affect my work too.
So please give a suggestion as early as possible to resolve this issue

i'm sorry for the issue. 😞
I take a look at it and will swap the FRITZ! box if neccessary. So you'll get a new one asap. Unfortunately the swap is not possible in a shop. Sorry. 😞
