Hi
Due to the current covid suitition, I have recently lost my job and do not have money to pay my bills so i am moving out of Germany on Aug 5
Please help me with the procedure to deregistartion of the contract and sumit the device.
Since my bank account will be deacitived Please help me how i can pay the dues.

I will take care of this.
Please send me a private message with your name, customer number, customer password and the date when you leave Germany.
You will receive all info regarding the return of the modem in our e-mail confirmation.
You can pay the last invoice via bank tranfer. I will send details via private message.
