I have recently moved apartments. I had Kabel Deutschland in my old apartment and Vodafone DSL in my new one (because Kabel was not available).
When going through the online process, it was advertised that I should not pay a "moving fee" or "new connection fee" ("Du zahlst kein Bereitstellungsentgelt (0 EUR statt 99,98 EUR)"), as per attached screenshot.
Yet I was charged EUR 49,99. I called customer centre 3 times already and they keep telling me that I started a new Contract. This may be the case, because a Contract cannot be transferred from Kabel to Vodafone, however this is contrary to what was advertised to me and nowhere was it ever mentioned that I have to pay a connection fee.
