Hello,
I just moved to a new apartment with a Vodafone EasyBox 804 internet router.
I accidentally reset the router, and when trying to log in again, it asked me to activate/reinstall the router again. Problem is, it asked for the Modern Installation Code (MIC), which I don't have.
I'm not the original owner of the internet or the apartment. But the owner left me all the invoices and the orignal box. He's out of the country. I tried speaking to him, he told me he threw out everything - therefore, doesn't have and can't find any customer number, MIC, regitrsation number, nor he has an active vodafone account.
I couldn't find any English support. Could you please give me the MIC or tell me how to get it, so that I can reinstall my router?

unfortunately this is not the usual way. In this case a contract should have been commissioned.
The best thing is to send me a private message with the customer data and the customer password. Then I will take a look at it and give you feedback.
