Hello There,
Recently I have downgraded my plan to Red Internet & Phone 16 DSL.
But I was charged 37,49 for this month, Usually, I was charged only 19,99 Euro only.
Can you please check and tell me why it was charged more?
Please help me here.

Your 12 month new customer bonus ran out. In the 2nd year the normal price will be charged.

I have bought this via check24, there I have been told that 19,99 would be charged for the first 2 years,
Maybe I can cancel the current contract and order a new one?
Can you please help me here?

If you got that offer from check24, you should discuss this issue with them. You cannot cancel this contract prematurely.

Hi SD1,
have you claimed your exchange guarantee after 12 months?
You pay the regular price after switching to DSL16. The promotion credit was only valid for a certain period of time.
