Hello,
For 5 days I don't have internet working. I used the diagnose option on my easy box 904 xDSL and it gave me 3 errors: FC 811, FC812 and FC 830.
I tried rebooting, disconnected and reconnected the cables and even reset the device. When installing again I go to the MIC phase and the program doesn't go any further. I already bought a new DSL cable, but the box doesn't even recognize it (it recognizes the original one, though).
I tried calling technical support, but I can't get through with the call. Please, I need help.
