Internet disconnects, outages and if working poor performance

Dear Team,

I'm facing a lot of trouble with the internet connection from the last 3 months and I tried connecting to you guys with every possible way I can but none seems to work, So here I'm raising my concerns.
I have a  Fritzbox 7530 DSL connection, it seems like there is some issue with the router, the wifi hardly works and doesn't even have a proper bandwidth. Most of the internet doesn't even work I have to keep turning the router on and off again to make the internetwork, which also doesn't work most of the time. 
Could you please help me out with a proper and permanent solution.
