Hello,
I bought Vodafone DSL at the end of October and got an appointment for "Freischalten" this monday (25.11) and nobody has come and now when i click on the Auftragstatus it says this:
"Der Techniker war immernoch nicht da? Das tut uns Leid! Manchmal sorgen lange Termine und viel Verkehr für Verspätungen. Geb ihm noch bis 18 Uhr Zeit, er ist bestimmt schon auf dem Weg zu dir." even though today is already 27.11 and when i want to see through "Bearbeitungsstand Ihrer Aufträge" the page by giving my Auftragsnummer, i get this "

Hey cagrierdemir,
if we have cancelled your order, this is most likely since we cannot deliver the bandwith you've booked initialy.
If this is the case, we contact you and make you an alternative - most likely with a lesser bandwith.
As long as you agree, we make a new order - which has a different barcode.
I feel that you see the old contract in mein vodafone.
