Hi,
I have requested for contract termination of combi package. I called the customer service and suggested to try the new package offered to me for 14 days. He promised to call me back in 10 days to check if I'm satisfied since I don't speak speak German language very well. I never received a call back, I called customer service before 14 days was over but I was not able to talk to a english speaking person.
Now my full contract was renewed, which I am really not satisfied with the 14 days trial period.

There is no trial period. Period. (scnr)
There is, however, a 14 day revocation period. Starting with the day you received the confirmation letter (Willkommensbrief). But that's not supposed to be a trial period.

So it's not a trial period. But then, I still don't want a contract renewal. How can I revert it back?

Well, you could do that via hotline, but with that language barrier in place... I dunno. ![]()
You can write a letter to:

or use this contact-formular if your German allows it. (You can write in English, of course, but the menu is still in German).
Or you wait for a mod, but that might take a while.
