English Invoice

Can anybody help me how to have English invoice, I urgently needed.

Very simple: There is no english invoice, as the sole contractual language is German.

If you have any questions with your invoice, especially if there are parts unclear, you may ask here...

But please don't post personal data like your customer number,  your telephone number, your address, your name or so - a screenshot/image of the positions with the beforementioned things blacked out would be ok.

I think that this is very poor service from vodafone. Being digital isn´t really their thing.

if you have questions about your invoice, you are welcome to send me a PM with your customer number. Just click on my avatar and then click "Sende eine private Nachricht." Then I'll have a look.
