Hello! I really need to contact a customer service representative in English. I recently processed my relocation within Munich and cannot contact the technician to set up an appointment. Also, when I look at my paperwork, it appears as though all of my contracts (mobile and internet) are to be canceled on Wednesday although I intended only to transfer my service. I work remotely from home and simply cannot be without the internet. Pretty please help!
