Cabel to DSL, the new place only support DSL, I just received the Easybox but the Activation Code. How can I get it?

Hi seiji,

nice to hear that you received your welcome letter. The DSL access has to be activated by a technician, that's correct. The date can be found in the letter. Please make sure that you are at home at this date and that the technician has access to the APL (mostly in the basement). If you're not sure, please ask your landlord about the location.
