English speaking support for missing Willkommensbrief

Good morning everyone!

I received my DSL device, however I cannot activate it, because "Installation Code" is missing. Looks like it should have been arrived in "Willkommensbrief" from Vodafone. Unfortunately, I haven't received one (my move to new apartment was a mess).

Could someone please help me to either initiate new delivery of Willkommensbrief or get Installation Code for DSL device?

Hi elgris,

the original welcome letter was sent on March 29th.

As I wrote via PM we will send it again. I also have sent the MIC via SMS.
