Hi,
apologies for my lack of German, but I'm new in the country. I set up Vodafone cable internet with an English-speaking employee, but I'm having connectivity problems (frequent internet dropouts, high latency) . I called the technical support line on 0800 526 6625, but was told there is nobody who can speak English there. Is it possible for somebody to call me back?

this is a channel for written communication only. But I'm sure we will find a solution anyway :). Beforehand, we will need some information from you. What kind of router do you have and in which federal state do you live? Are the connection issues with both WiFi and ethernet connection? Do they occur at each time of the day or rather in the evening? Did you replace the coaxial cable?
