[English] Clarification needed with billing

Hi,

From past 2 months, I am being additionally charged on my DSL connection where bill shows the details as 

Vodafone-Internet - Flatrate
Kondition monatlich

I am not sure why this additional charge is being levied! Can you clarify?

I assume that this is an error in the representation.

The invoice item should be the increased line rent which is charged since beginning of September.

You are welcome to send me a PN. Then I will check it for you.
