Activation Code

Hello, 

I subscribed to the 500GB Cable product and my router came. I installed the device as explained, however it's still blinking and I don't know my activation code, to register it. 

Since there is no one talk to in English and I just moved here, I can't get any clarification on what to do?

in docsis - internet by cable - u don't need an activation code.

when the internet- / power led is blinking although u connected the router correctly, the router gets no signal !

u will have 2 contact the support, cause a technician has 2 come 2 your house / flat
