Early contract cancellation

Good Evening,
Due to family issues I'm forced to hurry leave Germany and come back to Italy.
I've got Two different contracts, One for DSL and One for Mobile Phone.
I have already made my Anmeldung for leaving Germany for the 1 of May.
I'll also close the connected bank account in the next days.
I Need to cancel both contracts but I'm really in hurry and I can't speack German, so I Need some assistance with the documentation needed, and how to tell my new address and Italian phone Number for further comunication by them.

Hello Francesco,

you can send me the documents via private message, your landline customer number and your new address in Italy. Then we can cancel the landline contract as soon as possible.

Your mobile contract has no extraordinary achievement, because you can use the contract also in Italy. You can send me the bumber via private message too. Than I change the address there.
