Hello,
First of all sorry, for writing in English.
So this month, after changing address a few months ago I received a bill of 99.90€. Even if I had been paying a little over 2€ a month for over a year, im guessing this bill is for not having returned my router?
If so, I still have the router here with me in case Vodafone would ask me back.
Should/can I do something about it now?
Best Regards,
Luis Freitas

Hi Luigi,
right. If you do not send the devices back after the contract has been signed, we will invoice them. We also write that in the confirmation. Admittedly, this is only in German.
Due to Corona we have suspended the reminders for a time and increased the return time from 14 to 60 days. Now after a year there is nothing we can do about it. I'm sorry.
You can of course sell the box privately. It is yours now. At least you will get some money back.
Many greetings
