EN: moving to a new house.

I check "https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/services/"  to request a move to my new apartment. I found that I have to call a number and there is no online form to fill. Unfortunately,  my german langaue skill isn't that good. Is there any english number to call or could I contact someone here over private chat to request the move request?

Hey Fawzy,

sadly there is no dedicated hotline for english dsl customers.
Most agents should be able to handle a call nevertheless.

With a few extra steps, we can do this via private message.
