Downgrade the internet speed to 100Mbit/s

A year ago I subscribed to the Red Internet & Phone 250 DSL plan. I was informed at the time by the Vodafone salesman that at the end of the 1-year promotional period I should downgrade to another plan (with less speed) if I want to keep on paying the same price. So I'd like to now downgrade can you guys help me with this please.
