Hi,
So last year Vodafone shop at Marienplatz made 2 contract of internet for same address of mine which makes no sense and i have visited there office several time during 1 year but they refused to cancel one of my contract and i was being charged double for no reason. Then I posted my issue in this forum and one of the members contacted me for more details, i gave her all the details and she said that i have to return my second device and she will cancel my second contract. I did the so and it stoped deducting money directly from my bank account but didnt get any confirmation mail. Recently when i visited vodaphone office to pay my bill they said my second contract is still not cancelled.
Im super pissed by this issue and dont want to pay for someones mistake.
Can someone please help me.
Thanks
Regards
Saleh

The problem is that you signed two contracts for the same address in a shop - no matter if this makes sense or not.
As all contracts made in a shop are final, there is no way for a premature cancellation or withdrawal. I don't know what the outcome of your last years thread here was, but I doubt that your second contract will be cancelled prematureley before its minimum contractual term is over (which is usually 2 years from the day you sign the contract, in your case it'd be January 2021)... I can only think of your second contract being set to the lowest possible fee (e.g. downgrade to the lowest possible speed) in order to reduce the costs for this second contract.
And by the way: I understand that you are pissed - but it was your mistake to sign two contracts for the same address...

Hey imsalehmuhammad,
if you did already get in touch with us moderators & we confirmed the cancellation im sure that the contract has been cancelled.
Feel free to send me a private message with both customernumbers.
I'll have a closer look.
(I don't see the previous conversation with Kira , since its to old).
Best regards,
Andre
