Dear,
My customer number is XXX.
I have an appointment on 17th April to set up the DSL connection.
I called many times on 17th April and they confirmed that the DSL is ready after 6pm at 17th April.
I tred many times by entering the installation code for the router, reset the router but it still did not work.
I remember when I make the appointment, I was asked to input the name of the former tenant in my current appartment.
I put the tenant name in the column, but this tenant is moving to a different apartment(upstairs) in the same building.
Is it possible that the technician just connected the DSL cable to the current appartment of the tenant? but not considering the real address of me?
I have bad Germany skills it cost me a really lot of time to talk to the technical service line.
Can anyone help me out of this?

I have another router on my hand from my landlord with DSL cable, internet cabels.
I check all the connection of the router(power, DSL cable to the E2132 port on the wall, net work cable), and the DSL is still not ok.
ALso for technical hotline 0800 1721201, can some one told me how to reach a English support?
