DSL connection unstable and slow

Recently completed the upgrade of my line from 50 to 250MB. Also have the new easybox 805 now. 
Whenever I do a speed test now the internet disconnects on the upload speed part. The download speed shows around 16 MB.
The modem has a diagnose function and kicks out error code 200201

It seems that my Devolo dlan adapters are the problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to why they suddenly causing disconnections and bandwidth throttling after upgrading the speed of my line?

if the download speed ist just 16mbit/s something is definitly wrong.
Is the performance also this bad without the powerline adapter?

There may be some voltage fluctuations in the power grid. I would try to test a different plug which is connected with another fuse power box. If everything is working fine, without the powerline adapters, i fear that i can't open a ticket for this.

This is definitly not a known bug from the router.

The higher bandwith via vectoring is a bit more vulnarable to external influences.
