Hello,
My German skills are not good. Request you to call back in English please.
I have Vodafone DSL connection and now I received email from Vodafone that they could not provide me service because of provider change.
Please find attachement for the email which I received. Request your help as I dont understand there problem and what I need to do?
Please can you call me & explain what needs to be done? And English please.

Personal details must not be posted in public.
I will have a look into this. My first guess would be that another provider upgrades your region. In case of VDSL this requires the other providers to fall back / remove their own network equipment , since only one carrier can provide this bandwith in a region.
