Vodafone is a joke.
One more time is making my life a hell.
I made a contract that I have to pay 28.90 euros per month. Since October I have my DSL - and I never received any KONTO to pay for it, I understood that my Mobil and my internet were together since I had bills in 25 euros, and was paying for it automatically.
Now I receive an email saying that I own DSL, and the price for it since October is 184 EUROS!!!!!!!!!!
So I paid all the bills for my mobile phone and I have to pay on top this amount, This is a joke!
Please contact me because your attendants have no capacity.

Hi.
I paid the DSL and after one week Vodafone cut my internet anyways.
We are desperate at home without Vodafone.
The attendants made me make a new contract and promised me they would reactivate the internet on the same day. I called many times, they told me that Telekom was informed already and my internet would come back this week, before the installations of my new modem that is only on the 4th of may. I have no clue what is going on. I supposedly would pay 19,99 + 9 euros for the internet and Mobil, I paid much more already and Vodafone cut my internet.
Could you please be honest with me? Should I go to a lawyer? I'm getting sick.
I need my internet reconnected now.
I need to know why am I'm paying more then I should.
I need to have access to my DSL bills.

Without the customerpassword i can't give you any detailed information according your payments.
Click here and send me your customerpassword.
Just from the information i've read here - you did not pay your dsl invoices for months.
If we have cancelled the contract because of outstanding payments (which takes months) you have most likely a bad credit rating.
In this case its not very likely that we accept you as a new dsl customer, even if you order a new landline.
I can give you an indepth answer, but only after you've sent my a private message with your customerpassword.

Dear Andre,
vodafone recognized their mistake.
and now, one more time, one last profound act of disrespect.
i waited the whole day the technician monday at my house and NOBODY came.
Now I dont have internet, dont know when this will be possible, when you will have another appointment and for sure you will try to charge me for that.
I want this situation solved until this week. Im getting a laywer.

Hey exhausted,
since you did never even bother to tell me your new customer number, i searched the adress & found your new account.
The technician did activate the landline remotely on the 4th.
You've contacted our installation support on the 7th & since then the online account is stable & fullsync.
Is everything working properly now?
