Vodafone is a joke.
One more time is making my life a hell.
I made a contract that I have to pay 28.90 euros per month. Since October I have my DSL - and I never received any KONTO to pay for it, I understood that my Mobil and my internet were together since I had bills in 25 euros, and was paying for it automatically.
Now I receive an email saying that I own DSL, and the price for it since October is 184 EUROS!!!!!!!!!!
So I paid all the bills for my mobile phone and I have to pay on top this amount, This is a joke!
Please contact me because your attendants have no capacity.
VERY EXHAUSTED OF VODAFONE

Just to be precise: You have neither paid anything for your contract as stated in the invoices that you can access online nor was the amount deducted automatically from your bank account?
And 25 € for both, Mobile and Landline, is quite low - I'd even say too low. Despite this, you'll get two separate invoices - one for the mobile contract and one for your landline contract - and thus you would have two deductions from your account.
And yes - if you have a 30 € contract per month -AND- you have not paid for this for nearly 6 months, your debt is now approx. 180 €.

Thank you for your answer. I'm just very confused and tired with the circumstances that were created by vodafone.
I should pay monthly 28,90 euros for my internet and my mobil. For one year. This is the promotion. After would increase. I never received any other invoice then my page on the website. Since the bills of my phone were coming around 25 euros I thought that I was paying both, since my Mobil should be only 9 euros per month. If I did not pay anything it would be right to charge me 30 euros per month, but I paid all the months for my phone already. So I sincerely don't get it. Also, why did I never received any bill for my DSL. And I cannot have access to the DSL bills on the website. It is really confusing. It feels like a trap for the consumer.
How should I proceed?

First thing: Please check your invoices. They should exactly state on what you are being billed, e.g. the phone numbers and tariff plans. If they only state your mobile number and only the mobile tariff plan, then you obviously only have paid for your mobile phone.
Second thing: If you have not registered your landline contract, you may add it to your Vodafone account in order to be able to access the invoices. It seems -from what you say- that you only registered the mobile contract so far.
One last thing:
If you got a mobile contract with a smartphone, then 9 € per month are far too low. Usually the monthly payment for the smartphone starts with at least 10 € per month - thus it'd be extremely unlikely that you get a price below if you also got a smartphone. And as far as I know, there are no DSL (internet using the telephone outlet, NOT internet using the antenna outlet) tariff plans that are as low as 19.99 € per month - at least not for more than a few months of promotion...

I did not get a smartphone I had it already. And the price I had to pay is 19.90 for the first year + 9 euros phone.
The only invoice I had, which I thought was for both is my mobil.
The DSL I can't even see on the internet. Not even received a letter or any other information.

Again my question:
Is it a DSL connection - meaning that your router is connected to the telephone wall outlet
-OR-
Is it a cable connection - meaning that your router is connected to the antenna wall outlet
As there are different places where the invoices can be found and different procedures on how to activate your account.

It is a DSL connection.

Have you had the chance to check whether all the payments that you saw match your mobile invoices?
That would be the first way - just to be sure that there really has been no payment for your DSL line at all.
Second would be to check on whether the amount that you pay equals the sum that you signed for or if there are any problems.
Third would be to add your DSL contract to your Vodafone account - as far as I know, this requires the Modem Installation Code as well as your customer number and your DSL phone number. Then check all the invoices there and see if they match the amout that you received right now as being on due.
You definitely will have received a letter with the Modem Installation Code initially - otherwise you would definitely not be able to get your DSL line up and running as the MIC has to be entered on initial installation.

Hey exhausted,
you can check your dsl invoices in "Mein Vodafone" .
To add your dsl contract there, you need to enter the "online registration code" found in your welcomeletter.
We have a youtube video that should guide you step by step through this process (in german though 😞 )
If you've lost the welcomeletter, i can send you your code.
Therefore please send me a private message with your customernumber & password.
Please click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side.
Thanks for your support @reneromann ![]()
Best regards,

Hi,
the vodafone attendants told me on the phone that the installation was free.
I only see in the website my mobil rechnung. They are all different prices.
I have DSL but can not access it. They ask my: Online-Registrierungscode *
I never received this number.
