DSL Contract Termination procedure & can we do it online

Hi,

I am using vodafone DSL contract since Oct-2017.
My contract will be ending on Oct-23-2019 and would like to terminate my contract after that. 3 months before. 
Can you please let me know the procedure?
Whether i can do it online now?
Please get me the details.

Hi Lourdhu,

I am sorry that you want to terminate your contract.

As mentioned before via private message, you can cancel your contract in MeinVodafone, via our contact form or you order another provider to port your number.

Thanks. I canceled my contract now i got a letter that my contract will terminate on 30.08.2019 and i need to return my router. but i haven't got any router from vodafone. i am using my own router. could you please tell me whom should i inform this issue?

Hi Lourdhu,

even if you use your own router, you should have received an EasyBox 804 from us.

It has to be returned within 2 weeks after the end of the contract.

If it has been returned already or if it couldn't be sent to you, you don't have to send it back of course.
