My DSL contract Customer number is ***
My German is not so good so writing in English.
It's fantastic Journey with Vodafone in Germany.
But I'm leaving Germany on 30.11.2018 Permanently and I want to terminate my DSL (Internal) contract.
Will you please be so kind and let me know how do I proceed?
I've tried to call but I cannot get through.
I've tried to go to the Vodafone store and they say it's not possible.
I have tried to submit via MyCable / MyVodafone.
There is only 1 month left to move on but now I have to cancel the contract and send the router back to the office
Please support.

sure it's possible to cancel your contract.
Note: You'll get one last bill in December for November.
Please send me a pm with the following data:
1 Your customer number
2 Your customer password or your complete adress, birthdate and last 4 digits of your IBAN
I'll come back to you asap.
