Cannot activate GigaKombi Euro-Flat option

Hello, I'm trying to activate Euro-Flat as an extra instead of Mobile & International-Flat but I got an error and cannot proceed. If I click on Weiter nothing happens.

If I select one of the other options Mobile & xxx it seems to be ok

What's wrong ? Thanks
