Cancelling DSL Order

DSL Order:

 

I set up a DSL order for my new flat as the website said I couldn't get cable. Then I received a letter asking what kind of connection I had. I rang Vodafone and they said I have a cable connection (Unity Media connection) and they set up my contract, sent me my cable box and that has all been set up.

 

I wrongly assumed because of this my DSL order would have been cancelled. I received an email yesterday that my DSL order is on the way and a technician is coming to install on the 30th December. Can I cancel this order? By the time I send a letter I fear I will have been charged already.

that's a bit confusing. Sorry you are having such challenges.

 

You can simply send the revocation by email to widerruf@vodafone.com. Add the fact that you already have a cable connection. Add the customer number.
