Cancel the DSL order (not contract!)

Hello,

I've ordered the Vodafone DSL, and now they sent me a letter which stands, if I did understand correctly, that I have to reach out guys from Telekom Deutschland GmbH and clarify ability to connect Vodafone to the their network in my building. My landlord suggested me different DSL operator which has no such problems so that I'd like to cancel my Vodafone order. How can I explicitely terminate the order, not a contract, to be sure Vodafone doesn't withdraw any money from my account?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Moin @sfrolov ,

you can revoke your order via telephone: 0800 172 1212, or send a fax: 02102 / 98 65 75, or a letter.

Vodafone GmbH
Kundenbetreuung

You can also use the Kontakt-Formular.

It seems that I cannot use contact form, because I do not have credentials for my DSL contract. The password of my account doesn't worth there.

I tried calling 0800 172 1212 for hours. Unfortunately even my German-speaking collegues were not able to defeat the robot on the other side.

Is fax/letter only an option? May I use some phone number to reach out the human directly? Basically, I have only two identification: my customer number and the order number. I suppose the only thing I need is telling these numbers to someone from customer service to finish the deal. Isn't it possible?

Thank you,

Well, they called me back, probably in response to this thread, and confirmed that I do not need to care about the order, because making an order doesn't mean establishing the contract. Fair enough. Many thanks.

I doubt, that someone called you back, because of this thread, more likely because they where waiting for your response to the letter you received, but anyway.
