internet access problem

- The speed of internet is very low

- I only can access to youtube and google, and can not access to any websites else

- I can not call to anyone via internet

Can anyone help me check my problems ?

what kind of connection do you use ... DSL, Cable-Internet ?

wich contract do you have (Internet&Phone ???) ?
