Feedback to Vodafone

nothing works with Vodafone, had to cancel my contract before even having my connection. all was lies and excuses. switching to either Telekom or unitymedia. they at least give you an alternative if they have issues with or cant fulfill their promise. but from Vodafone you receive only impolite customer service.

Anything that can be done for you?  Or was the whole and sole purpose of this post to rant a bit and promote other providers?
