Hello,
I just noticed that I have been charged over 50 Euros for several months now. Can you help me in understanding the breakdown for my plan? the first 3 months were fine with 29.99 charge but after that the charge was increased. What was the reason. I just signed up for 29.99 Euro plan for internet only. Can you help me understand this. Please see attached email from the sign up.
Another question I had was that, I'll be moving out of Germany in March 2022. How can I terminate the contract then and how much well in advance do I need to put in the request. I have heard some horror stories on internet as of how people were forced to pay even when they were not using the internet, so I wanted to get a good head start on this conversation 7 months before my move. I hope you can guide me here as well.

Hi Pranay220,
we can't make any statements about the contract until we look at it. If you move and we can no longer provide, there is a notice period of 3 months. The period begins with the day on which you have informed us about the move.
Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
