Hello Team,

I have come to Germany for business trip.I purchased CallYa Smartphone Special Sim Card from Euronics.

It costs me 9.99 Euros and i was told that it comes with 1.5GB free Internet pack and 200minutes calls/sms along with it.

I am unable to either receive or call any number from my new phone.It gives me a message "The Number is not assigned"

Can someone please help me with this?

It was already done by the executive in Euronics. All information was provided at the time of purchase and he informed that the number will be activated in 2 hours.
