Hello dear Vodafone team
I have a Prepaid card for 4 years now and it suddendly stopped working.
When I turn on the mobile phone it asks for the PIN and it shows me that it is receiveing signal, although the mobile phone gives me the message that the SIM card is not given or unknown.
I went to one of your stores for a new card with the same number or to check what was wrong, but they told me they can't give support to Pre Paid cards, that I needed to contact support.
Is it possible for you to check what is wrong with my number so I can use my number again?

has your sim card been tested in the Store in another cell Phone or have you tested it yourself.
Please send me a PN with the mobile Number and the topic.
