I still have not received my vodafone sim card !!

Hi, Vodafone team
On March 12th I ordered a Vodafone CallYa Digital SIM card online.
On March 15th I received an email that I would receive my SIM card the day after tomorrow at the latest.
But I still haven't received my SIM card yet.
I will appreciate if your team help check the status of my order.
