I have money on my CallYa account but don't want to use it for some time. Is there any option to pause charging?

Tariff is 10eur/month, balance is 15eur, and Im not going to use it at least 1 month

You can change your tariff to "CallYa Talk&SMS". That tariff is free of monthly charge.
