My sim card is not activated although i received it yesterday. "Mobile network not available" error.
Meine SIM-Karte ist nicht aktiviert, obwohl ich sie gestern erhalten habe.

Hi @PierreCurie,
That's right. When you get a new SIM-card as replacement this card isn't active yet.
Please call the customer service +49 172 229 0 229. With an agent you can activate the replacement card together. Keep in readiness your mobile phone number, SIM-card number and your customer password.

Can i do it at a vodaphone shop? Remember my Sim Card is not activated.

Hi @PierreCurie,
You can call the customer service from any other landline too. I'm not sure you can activiate the sim card at a Vodafone store.
What is with your other (old) sim card?
