English Number Not Working?

I tried calling the CallYa customer service line (‭0172 2290229‬) and connecting to the English agent but I get an error saying "The number you have dialed is not assigned". Has the customer service number been changed? This was the number I was given when I called 1212.

That's strange but I can confirm that. Did you try to call the service (+49 172 229 0 229) from Germany or abroad?

I got the same message as I tried the service from UK.

The call number of the CallYa-Team has not changed. It is 0172 229 0 229.

From abroad please dial 0049 172 229 0 229.

If you need customer care support in English please dial the number and select 4 in the voice menu. Available from 9am to 7pm.

That doesn't work at the moment. I also tried that and for the call info "this number you have dialed is not assigned."

After dialing the 4 it nothing happen and then you will hear that information.

I just tried it myself.

It really doesn't work at the moment. Sorry.

I immediately passed it on to our technical sopport. We try to repair it as soon as possible.
