Dear Sir / Madam,
I bought the Vodafone prepaid sim recently and recharged it with 15 Euro for the first time yesterday night.
I checked my balance today and found that I am subscribed to 9.99 Euro plan, which I did not do. Also, instead of 9.99 Euro, 10.28 Euro was debited from my account making the current balance as 4.72 Euro.
