Cannot direct charge

Hi, I am asking in English as I recently moved to Germany. I have a pay as you go Callya SIM and recently tried to add credit to my account viahttps://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/account/payment/aufladebetrag

However when I add my number it states my number is not a Callya number. I entered the number in the right format 0XXX 1234567. I have recharged this number successfully before so I do not know why it is not working now.

I bought it in a vodafone store in Germany in November 2018.
