I graduated from Callya Prepaid Sim for over 2 years.
How much credit should I keep in my prepaid SIM for closing and number transfer fees?

After the service ends, will I get a refund for the remaining amount?

Hi @Devendra,

The porting fee is 6,82 €. This fee will be charged from your balance. 

The remaining balance can you refund from the customer service. I recoomend the WhatsApp Chat (0172 200 02 29) you can write daily between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
