Callya Number prepaid charge

Hello. I am asking this in english as I recently moved to Germany.

I have a Callya SIM with no contract. I wish to top up my account, however when I arrive on the page and enter my number it states that my number is not a valid Callya number phone. I followed the format 0XXX 1234567 and it still states my number is invalid.

I don't quite get you. You have a german CallYa phone number and want to top up your credit. right?

do you enter your number with the area code and is the sim card active? i will be happy to see how i can help. send me the number by pn. thanks
