CallYa waiting for Email which doesnt come

Hello,

I bought a Callya Sim and activated it through Postident app.

The person who I talked to, told me that I should wait for an email from Vodafone for the activation to complete.

I am waiting for more than 24 hours and the email haven't arrived yet.

Could you help me figure out what is the problem?
