Change prepaid Callya flat S to Call ya Black unlimited immediately

Hi

I want to change the prepaid tariff from Callya All flat S to Callya Black unlimited internet  immediately.   The 3 GB data has done but in website mein vodafone only show the start date of new tariff is after Callya flat S contract end but I have to use a lot of internet so I want to use unlimited internet rightaway without waiting. 

 I try call the english call center but nothing. 

Anyone could help me with this ASAP?

Hi @PICHAYA,

The change will always start, when the other tariff ends regulary. When you need more data volume you have to buy additional data volume (options) via MeinVodafone app. But be informed that you should cancel the options after booking because the data options runs as subscription.
