I'm an expatriate and bought my Sim Card about a week ago from the postoffice and got it ''activated'' right there. However, my SIM is not working even a week later. I cannot make calls, even calling the service hotline is impossible the phone disconnects and I get the relay when I press *100 it shows that the card hasn't been activated. But i've gone back to the postoffice twice, even the guy there thinks I'm insane. I even booked an appointment at Vodafone Langenhorner and the advisor there said he couldn't help. Kindly give me a way forward.

I'm a little bit confused because every CallYa package didn't buy direct from Vodafone need to be activate to that website normally.  

 

Maybe you try to activate your SIM-card there. Keep us updated. 🙂

It's been 48hrs now and it unfortunately isn't working. Pretty sure I followed the script this time. Does anyone know how to contact customer service through Whatsapp call or something?!

Yes, you can contact the customer service via WhatsApp/SMS chat. 

Use +49 172 200 0 229 reachable daily between 8 a.m -8 p.m. 

 

But the chat starts with TOBi (chat bot) in German only.

Hi again. I managed to talk to a customer agent and was informed that the registeration process was not successful and to try registering again from the link and then identification at the postoffice. I opted not to and just switched networks but I hope it helps someone with the same issue with CallYa
